It has come to our attention that some unscrupulous parties have made fraudulent representations that they are DiagCor Bioscience Incorporation Limited (“the Company”), or as being associated with the Company, in carrying out certain fraudulent activities in various parts of the mainland China. Specifically, these unscrupulous parties are putting up fake websites by using the Company's name and/or imitating the Company's official website (www.diagcorlifescience.com), and trying to hold themselves as the Company and/or officials of the Company authorized to conduct business on behalf of the Company.

Please take note that the aforesaid fraudulent activities are conducted without the Company’s knowledge, permission or consent. We confirm that the Company has no connection with these fraudulent activities and we are taking active steps to put these illegal activities to an end.  We take no responsibility for the contents of the fake websites and expressly disclaim any liabilities whatsoever for any loss however arising from the contents of those fake websites, as well as any consequence arising from the engagement of the services as advertised through the fake websites and all treatments undertaken at these institutes.
