Automated magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction of DNA/RNA from a wide range of sample types

¿Qué es?

The principle of the system is based on magnetic bead adsorption method, and can extract DNA/RNA from up to 32 samples simultaneously.

The automated steps performed by the system include:

The sample is first lysed or pretreated in the reaction well.
The magnetic bar with cover is dipped into the lysed sample to bind nucleic acids.
Finally, the nucleic acid bound magnetic beads are washed with buffer and eluted to obtain high purity nucleic acids.

This device is useful for MDx services labs, healthcare institutions and research labs around the world.

It is intended to be used in combination with DiagPuro^TM Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Reagent for the extraction of DNA/RNA from specimens such as blood, tissue homogenate, saliva, swab (Oral, nasal, or pharyngeal), urine and liquid-based cytology (LBC) and etc.

The system provides an efficient, automated and high quality nucleic acid purification solution for downstream genetic analysis and molecular diagnostics.

All necessary reagents and components are prefilled in 96-well plates, minimizing hands-on setup time. The whole workflow will be done in the same plate, reducing contamination.
