GenoScreen HPV-HR Screening qPCR Assay

The GenoScreen HPV-HR Screening qPCR Assay is designed for qualitative identification of 18 types of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women's cervical cell samples via real-time PCR technique. It identifies the HPV as 16, 18, or other types (26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73, and 82).

Detection as low as 500 copies per mL for HPV 16 and 18, 1000 copies per mL for other HPV types.

Compatible with various real time PCR machines

Results in 1¾ hour (after extraction)

The GenoScreen HPV-HR Screening qPCR Assay is intended for in vitro diagnostic use with the appropriate clinical laboratory settings, safety standards and properly trained personnel.

It has been validated using women's cervical shedding cells, collected by cervical shedding cell collectors (e.g. disposable sterile cervical sample collector).
