DiagCor Expands MDx Portfolio with Launch of Advanced GenoQuest and GenoScreen HPV Assays

Building on the success of the established GenoFlow^TM platform, DiagCor is proud to announce the launch of two new solutions for cervical cancer prevention and control: the GenoQuest HPV 24 Genotyping qPCR Assay and GenoScreen HPV-HR Screening qPCR Assay. These additions represent a significant development in HPV diagnostics, offering laboratories unmatched flexibility and sensitivity.

The GenoQuest HPV 24 Genotyping qPCR Assay and GenoQuest HPV 24 Genotyping qPCR Assay (Lyophilized) deliver comprehensive profiling, capable of identifying 24 distinct HPV subtypes in a single run. This includes high-risk types such as HPV 16, 18 ,31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 68, 26, 53, 66, 73, 82, as well as low-risk types 6, 11, 42, 43, 44 or 81. Despite this broad coverage, the assay maintains a rigorous Limit of Detection (LoD) of just 500 copies/mL for all genotypes.

For laboratories prioritizing high-risk triage, the GenoScreen HPV-HR Screening qPCR Assay and GenoScreen HPV-HR Screening qPCR Assay (Lyophilized) offer a streamlined solution. They provide highly sensitive detection of HPV 16 and 18 individually, alongside a pooled result for 16 additional high-risk types (26, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73, and 82) with the same best-in-class LoD of 500 copies/mL for HPV 16 and 18.

Both assays are engineered to fit diverse operational needs, available in traditional liquid formats as well as lyophilized versions that enhance stability and simplify cold-chain logistics and storage, while ensuring that high-quality diagnostics are available everywhere.
