GenoQuest HPV 24 Genotyping qPCR Assay

The GenoQuest HPV 24 Genotyping qPCR Assay is designed for qualitative identification of 24 types of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women's cervical cell samples via real-time PCR technique.

What is it?

Highly sensitive real time PCR assay

Highly sensitive detection of HPV 16, 18 ,31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 68, 26, 53, 66, 73, 82, 6, 11, 42, 43, 44 or 81 genotypes

Detection as low as 500 copies per mL

Compatible with various real time PCR machines

Results in 1.5 hour (after extraction)

Who is it for?

The GenoQuest HPV 24 Genotyping qPCR Assay is intended for in vitro diagnostic use with the appropriate clinical laboratory settings, safety standards and properly trained personnel.

It has been validated using women's cervical shedding cells, collected by cervical shedding cell collectors (e.g. disposable sterile cervical sample collector).

Why is it different?

This kit provides a simple, rapid and highly sensitive method to genotype HPV.

The ready-to-use reagent is compatible with various real time PCR machines and delivers results in less than 1.5 hour.

Advantages

Complete – Genotype 24 HPV subtypes in a single assay
Accurate – Detection as low as 500 copies per mL
Fast – Results in under 1.5 hour (post-extraction)
